Description

COBI 2681 Kettenkrad is a compact 1:28 model of the German half track tractor Sd.Kfz. 2, built here with a transport trailer and one Luftwaffe soldier figure. With 239 pieces, it should offer a satisfying build without becoming oversized, and the finished model is aimed clearly at display rather than casual play. The design captures the vehicle’s unusual mix of motorcycle style front wheel and tracked rear section, which made the real machine useful for moving through rough ground during World War II. The trailer adds a lot of visual interest too, carrying gear and equipment that suit the vehicle’s role as a small military workhorse.
