COBI Roman Camp-Watchtower is a 628 piece model of a Roman border tower with a palisade section, designed as part of a modular camp layout. It depicts a fortified lookout post on the edge of the empire, with ladders, greenery, supplies, and a legionary standard adding to the scene. The set includes three minifigures, one Roman legionary with his gear and two Gallic warriors, so it gives you both a display model and a ready-made historical vignette. At this size, it should feel substantial without becoming overwhelming, and the finished model is clearly aimed at shelf display as much as storytelling. The watchtower can be combined with other sets in the range to build out a larger Roman camp, and the instructions even allow for left or right corner placement to fit different layouts.
