Description

This 1:35 model recreates the historic Compiègne Wagon, the restaurant car linked to the armistice signed on 22 June 1940. It is a large build at 2001 pieces, with a finished length of 58.5 cm, so it is aimed more at display than casual play. The set includes 2 figures representing the two sides of the armistice. A strong point here is the wagon itself. The sides use printed blocks with a wood texture and gold details, and the roof can be removed to show the interior. The wagon also has opening doors, and it comes with a special display base made from five track sections and a profiled embankment with the set name.
